"Matt taught our Agency team at our North Lancashire Office how to Nordic Walk. It’s more than ordinary walking - the poles are magic. The team were beaming from ear to ear throughout the process and chatted all the way round. It was really useful to cement the team together. The benefits are wonderful for those working at a desk, the feedback from the team was all positive and everyone felt like they walked taller after a long day hunched over a computer. We would definitely recommend Nordic Walking as a group activity, accessible to all abilities."
